Roy Feinson is a founding member of Project S.N.A.P., a 501(c)3 charitable organization. He currently serves as Project S.N.A.P.'s Art Director.
The mission of Project S.N.A.P is to help students and families develop the key skills and insights necessary to become socially responsible leaders. Project S.N.A.P., founded in 2006, delivers programs that engage participants in an interactive process where they learn about the importance of citizenship, social responsibility, and collaboration in building community, by speaking out on issues that matter to them using art with a message.
The Project S.N.A.P. flagship program, The Community Mosaic Mural Program, captures the voices of thousands of individuals through their individual artwork, transforming those messages into a single “big picture”. Project S.N.A.P. also catalogs every artwork collected and puts them on display in the Project S.N.A.P. Web Gallery where students and their families can see their own artwork, other artworks created in their mural and the exact location for each artwork in the giant mosaic mural.
